I didn't want to leave, so would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was comfy and new-fashioned and exceptionally comfortable with a view when I arrived. The staff and the owner were all nice.

I was blown away by the cleanliness and comfort of the dorm rooms, with fantastic air conditioning and private concrete beds that offered a sense of privacy. The location right across from the beach is a dream for surfers, with options for all skill levels nearby. Plus, it's just a short walk to town for affordable food and groceries. The hostel's kitchen and chill-out areas are perfect for socializing. Though the rooms may be a bit pricier, the extra comfort and benefits are well worth it. The staff and fellow travelers welcomed me with open arms, making it the perfect place for a solo traveler like myself.

I had such a great stay at Mellow Hostel Sri Lanka! The showers were amazing - I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. The rooms and beds were so comfortable, and everything was always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was perfect.

The rooms here are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly; the location is fantastic, close to a central area and perfect for surfers.

Mellow Hostel was an absolute game-changer! The vibes were next level chill, and the people were unbelievably nice. The room was top-notch with the comfiest bed and the softest pillow I've ever experienced in a hostel. And let's talk about that shower pressure - it was insane! Plus, the helpful staff, AC in the nice rooms, and the cheap yoga classes were all incredible perks. And don't even get me started on the delicious food and drinks, the Friday parties, and the free drinking water. The location was spot on, just a stone's throw away from the beach. Seriously, Mellow is the place to be if you're looking for a laid-back, friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience.

Nothing to complain about at all.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod at the Department of Immigration and Emigration in Colombo, and it was perfect for my needs. The hotel provides 1-2 hours with board hire and a Tuk Tuk ride included if necessary. The high-speed internet and quiet space with a lovely jungle view allowed me to work efficiently during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space for meetings and conference calls.

Located in a vibrant area, Mellow Hostel offers an excellent location for backpackers to explore the nearby attractions such as Mirissa and Galle. the hostel's proximity to the beach allows guests to easily enjoy water activities like surfing. the rooms are well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment for a good night's sleep. Guests appreciate the privacy provided by the dorm beds, which are cozy and have their own box-like structure. the friendly and welcoming staff ensures that guests feel at home.
